You don't have to be Palestinian, nor Muslim to support the Palestinian cause, you need only be human.

With the recent attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound against innocent mosque attendees and the hostility displayed by illegal settlers & armed military police (IDF) soldiers, the picture of apartheid & ethnic cleansing that has been plaguing the Palestinian people has never been clearer.

Protests against the illegal annexation and "stealing" (as described by the illegal settlers themselves) of Palestinian homes, which have stood in Sheikh Jarrah for generations has sparked barbarity by the IDF.
Since 1979, United Nations Security Council has stated that the settlements on Palestinian land (West Bank and the Gaza Strip) are a “flagrant violation under international law” and have “no legal validity”, according to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights .
The Israeli supreme court, which holds no authority in international/UN law has ruled that native Palestinian families are to be evicted and their homes demolished to make way for more illegal settlements. As a common practice by Israel, no compensation or efforts to relocate the Palestinian families have been made. Since the founding of Israel and the illegal occupation on Palestine, over 540 Palestinian towns or villages  have been ravaged, ethnically cleansed, or massacred--  directly contributing to 7.2 million Palestinian Refugees.

Many Palestinians gathered in the Al-Aqsa Mosque to observe the final Friday of Ramadan, before being attacked with grenades, armed IDF soldiers, and illegal settlers (who were supported by the IDF). Over 60 Palestinians were injured and medical aid was denied.

Just shy of the holy day of Eid-ul-Fitr, Israel has opened fire onto Gaza, killing at least 20 people, including 9 children.

Foreign governments, such as the Trump administration, have propelled Israel's aggressive annexation and illegal activity. While the US stands with its support for Israel, I'll end this brief glimpse of the violence and chaotic history with a quote by the honorable Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit UNRWA USA National Committee (Unrwa Usa), and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

More information about UNRWA USA National Committee (Unrwa Usa): UNRWA USA National Committee (UNRWA USA) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides support for the humanitarian work of UNRWA though advocacy, fundraising, and education. UNRWA USA aims to educate the general American public about the situation of Palestinian refugees and generate support for UNRWA's education, health, and social service programs in all five of its geographical fields of operation.

The Gaza Strip is home to a population of approximately 1.9 million people, including some 1.4 million Palestine refugees.
For the last decade, the socioeconomic situation in Gaza has been in steady decline. The blockade on land, air and sea continues to have a devastating effect. Years of conflict and blockade have left 80 per cent of the population dependent on international assistance. The economy and its capacity to create jobs have been devastated.
The number of Palestine refugees relying on UNRWA for food assistance has increased from fewer than 80,000 in 2000 to almost one million today. Access to clean water and electricity remains at crisis level and impacts nearly every aspect of life in Gaza.

UNRWA is the only UN agency dedicated to supporting Palestine refugees, and that’s why I have started this fundraising. Will you join me?

Your donation will allow UNRWA to continue to provide lifesaving services to Palestine refugees. From emergency cash and food assistance to education and healthcare, UNRWA is transforming the lives of Palestine refugee children and their families every day.
Please donate to my campaign, anything you can give is a huge help.

With gratitude,

Established by the UN General Assembly in 1949, our mission is to assist Palestine refugees in achieving their full potential until a just and lasting solution to the refugee crisis is found. The Agency provides services to Palestine refugees in Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and the West Bank (including East Jerusalem).

Over the past seven decades, Palestine refugees have experienced extremes in violence, suffering and injustice. As a result, they are confronted with daunting human development and protection challenges, which stand to arrest their significant potential. Humanitarian conditions across much of the UNRWA areas of operation are grave, exacerbated by protracted conflict and the lack of political progress. Read more about our mission and achievments.
